Bookings are processed directly by our activity providers through their own booking platforms (Regiondo, FareHarbor, and Blue Horizons' own system). When you click a booking button, you are directed to the relevant provider's booking widget. Any personal data you provide during booking — such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details — is collected and controlled by the provider and their booking platform, not by us.
We may receive confirmation data (e.g. booking reference, activity type) in order to track commissions, but we do not receive or store your payment details.
If you submit an enquiry via our contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
When you visit our website, standard technical data is automatically logged, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is collected via our hosting provider's server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.
