2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

When you make a booking

Bookings are processed directly by our activity providers through their own booking platforms (Regiondo, FareHarbor, and Blue Horizons' own system). When you click a booking button, you are directed to the relevant provider's booking widget. Any personal data you provide during booking — such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details — is collected and controlled by the provider and their booking platform, not by us.

We may receive confirmation data (e.g. booking reference, activity type) in order to track commissions, but we do not receive or store your payment details.

When you contact us

If you submit an enquiry via our contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Automatically collected data

When you visit our website, standard technical data is automatically logged, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is collected via our hosting provider's server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies. See Section 7 for full details.

Where this is the case, those providers are required to apply appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use only essential and functional cookies; we do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies on our own pages.
